Experience The Chair

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Your deposit is fully redeemable on the day of your service.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes.
• Changes made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% service charge, unless we are able to refill the appointment.Late cancellations often leave unfillable gaps in our schedule, resulting in lost income. We appreciate your understanding and respect for the time reserved exclusively for you.
If cancelling with more than 48 hours’ notice, you may choose to:
• Transfer your deposit to a future booking, or
• Convert your deposit into a voucher to use towards products or a future appointment. -
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full service amount via our online booking system.

Adjustments are available within two weeks of your appointment if you have any concerns with your service outcome. Adjustments must be carried out by the original stylist. Requests outside of this period will be charged at full price.
